Sony mylo
Friday, November 23, 2007On my never ending quest for the perfect gadget, I came across Sony’s mylo (my life online) communicator. It’s a pretty awesome looking device, which basically lets you use instant messaging, web browsing, listen to music & do a little photo browsing, on the move. Oh yeah, you can also watch videos on it. Now, the device itself looks pretty kewl, it has a nice form, a slide out qwerty keyboard and it has a Wi-Fi feature. So not only can you connect to an existing wireless connection, but you can use it on the move with free or paid hotspots.

What I like about it, is that you can use
Skype, Yahoo messenger and google talk on it. Also, it uses Opera as a web browser. It’s a great device, for the on the go person who always needs to be online. But there is one draw back, in my opinion anyway and that’s the fact that the Sony mylo is in fact, not a cell phone. I suppose if you’re using Skype Out and have your own phone number, then you could use that as your main means of making and receiving calls. But this little beauty is just simply a communicator and a good way to stay connected online, portably.
