Shocking Laser Guns

Monday, November 26, 2007

I remember when I was little, watching a lot of spy movies, which included lots of high tech, futuristic gadgets. I specifically remember one where they had this type of laser tag, where the guy would run around in a dark maze with a little blinking tag, which his partner could see on a screen & had to guide him out of the maze, on a 2 way radio, so that the bad guys wouldn’t find him & shoot him… lol strange, yes I know. But ever since then, I was always fascinated with laser tag types of games. I mean, paintball is really lots of fun, like an un-virtual Medal of Honour, but it’s messy and back where I originally come from, they don’t play paintball with much protective gear, so terribly painful But for older players, who want a mess free, but more aggressive type of game, Shocking Laser Guns are probably a good choice.

Each set of Shocking Laser Guns has a ‘A’ and a ‘B’ gun. A’s can only hit B’s and are immune to their own shots… so if you want more than two players, you can have or 3 sets and be divided into 2 teams. Nice thing is, you can’t shoot your own team mate. Now with a normal laser tag gun, a shot makes a sound and flashing lights, but with Shocking Laser Guns, once hit the chest target emits an electric shock.

Features:

- 2 high-quality guns with carrying strap
- 2 chest targets with straps and status lights
- 2 modes – Total wuss or Heroic!
- Five strikes and you lose!
- Requires 6 AAA cells (included)
- Range 5-10 metres
- Guns -(8 x 5 x 1.5 in)
- Targets -(6 x 6 x 2 in)

Not terribly expensive for a pair, it will make a nice Christmas gift and the best part is, as it’s not too messy like paintball is, it can be played almost anywhere. So come on fellow gamers, get off the chair for a couple of hours & try your MOHAA skills in the flesh

Happy Shopping!
