I’m not really the type of person to go on a very adventurous trip, like mounting hiking or sky diving or anything like that, but I’m all for the gadgets. The Digital Hero 3 is a 3 mega pixel is a very tough, lightweight camera which you can strap to your wrist or even on your bike, handlebars or anywhere else, where you wana get some footage while freeing up your hands.

Boasting a 3 mega pixel camera, it takes great quality photos and even up to 54min of video, that includes sound. Being waterproof, the Digital Hero 3 is perfect for video and picture capturing while under water, up to 30 meters down. It’s a tough little gadget, perfect if you wana capture and share some of those awesome, adventurous experiences. Aimed at serious sports, like wind surfing or even dirt biking, the Digital Hero 3 is even shockproof.

The 16MB onboard memory isn’t great, but there’s an SD card slot too. Weighing only 128g, at a size of 6 x 4 x 3 cm, the Digital Hero 3 has a few extra settings, like sequential shooting mode, for you to play around with. And it only uses 1 x AAA battery which you’ll find included with your purchase.

Again, not being an extreme sport fan myself, I’d definitely not mind taking this handy little camera out for a spin, perhaps take it slow at first, nothing too rigorous
