For all you gamers out there, who are as addicted to games & gadgets as I am, the Zboard is the ultimate gaming keyboard. The Zboard base has an auto recognition feature which enables it to recognises any keyset you insert. There is no software needed for each keyset which eliminates the hassles of getting it setup, every time you acquire a new keyset. The mistake many people make is not knowing that after you buy the Zboard base, you have to buy a keyset for each game separately.

Each Zboard base has two USB ports, which supports a low voltage of up to 100mA, allowing devices such as memory sticks, mice or joysticks. It saves having to move your desktop around to reach the USB ports or having any additional cables (USB extensions) like I do It has hot keys, like most new keyboards for E-mail, My Computer, etc. It has multimedia controls too. Along with the standard LED's, it also has an additional three LED's to indicate Bar Lock, Pad Lock and Enable.

The gaming keysets are designed to enhance your gaming experience. It also comes pre-loaded with mod files for over 70 of the hottest games out there. It has what they refer to as Butterfly movement keys which helps prevent that sudden slip of the fingers when you're in the middle of a fierce battle! It has labelled command keys, which creates a more familiar feeling to your Zboard. It also has an interactive help application, KeyTips, which allows you to test the different labelled key functions quickly.

My favourite game at the moment, running alongside Sims 2 of course, is World of Warcraft. The keyset to this very awesome online game is equally impressive. Along with the basic Zboard functions, it helps speed up your chat and enables you to use the emotions feature while playing, without getting your fingers tied. It has clearly marked keys, for looking at maps, targeting friends and enemies, opening bags, etc.

Other keysets include great games like Battlefield 2142, Guild Wars Factions, Age of Empires III, Counter-Strike, The Lord of the Rings, The Battle for Middle-earth II,
Call of Duty 2, DOOM 3, EverQuest II, Medal of Honor Pacific Assault, Age of Mythology, Civilization III, Delta Force: Black Hawk Down, Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, Neverwinter Nights, Medal of Honor Allied Assault, etc.
